What this covers.
This policy covers the Kingdom Builders Planner app and web app at plan.kingdombuilders.co, made by Kingdom Builders Ministries, Colorado, USA.
What we collect.
Your email address and password, used to sign in. A display name if you choose to enter one. Everything you write or draw in the planner: daily, weekly and monthly pages, journals, tasks, habits, notes, canvases, areas, projects, tags and your settings. If you turn on reminders, a device push token so we can send them. Basic technical logs (device type, app version, error reports) used to keep the app running.
What we don't collect.
We don't sell your data. We don't show ads. We don't track you across other apps or websites. We don't read your journal.
Where it's stored.
Your data is stored on Lovable Cloud, our hosting provider, in the United States. It's encrypted in transit and at rest. Only you can read your planner content; our access is limited to what's needed to run the service and respond to support requests you make.
Push notifications.
If you turn on reminders, we use OneSignal to deliver them. OneSignal receives a device token and the reminder text. You can turn reminders off in Settings at any time.
How long we keep it.
As long as you have an account. When you delete your account, everything is deleted from our live database right away and from backups within 30 days.
Your choices.
You can edit or delete anything you've written at any time. You can delete your whole account in the app under Settings, Account, Delete account. You can email us at michael@kingdombuilders.co to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion.
Children.
The planner isn't intended for anyone under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes.
If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell you in the app.
